WorkSource Supplies does not manufacture any products and does not alter, modify, or repackage products unless explicitly stated in writing. All products are supplied by third-party manufacturers and logistics providers.
2. Product Information & Specifications
Product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, sheet counts, materials, and other details are provided based on information received from third-party manufacturers and suppliers.
While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy and consistency, variations may occur due to manufacturing tolerances, supply chain changes, or packaging adjustments. Such variations are common in commercial supply products and do not constitute a defect or failure of service.
3. Role of WorkSource Supplies
WorkSource Supplies acts as a commercial supply intermediary. Our responsibility is limited to:

We do not provide warranties, guarantees, or representations regarding product performance, fitness for a particular purpose, or suitability beyond what is customarily expected of commercial-grade paper products.
4. No Manufacturing or Product Liability
WorkSource Supplies is not responsible for product manufacturing, formulation, material composition, or production processes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorkSource Supplies disclaims all liability related to:

5. Subscription & Recurring Supply Agreements
Clients may enter into a recurring supply arrangement (“Subscription”) specifying:

Subscriptions are fulfilled based on the agreed schedule and are subject to reasonable adjustments for supply availability, logistics, or operational constraints.

6. Billing & Payment Terms
Billing is conducted via invoice, typically on a recurring basis.

WorkSource Supplies is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
Risk of loss transfers to the Client upon delivery to the specified address.
8. Cancellations & Modifications
Clients may request changes or cancellations to subscriptions by providing reasonable notice prior to the next scheduled fulfillment.
Orders already processed or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
9. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of commercial paper products, returns are generally not accepted unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Refunds, if applicable, are handled on a case-by-case basis and are limited to the invoiced amount for the affected shipment.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorkSource Supplies’ total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the applicable invoice period.
Under no circumstances shall WorkSource Supplies be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of business, loss of revenue, or operational downtime.
11. Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless WorkSource Supplies from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

Third-party claims related to product handling or storage after delivery
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which WorkSource Supplies is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

WorkSource Supplies reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
